The Pastor
Prophet Dr. Elisha Ayantokun (PhD)
Prophet Dr. Elisha Ayantokun, along with his wife Evang. Ruth Ayantokun, serve as the Senior Pastor of Christ Apostolic Church Mount Bethel. Elisha speaks weekly at Mount Bethel’s services while ministering to various audiences and reaches thousands of people with God’s Word on a weekly basis. Elisha and Ruth have four children, Favour, Faith, Famous and Fame. Elisha started ministering since 1995 and also travel around the world speaking and teaching at churches, conferences, mission fields and crusades.
Elisha’s desire is that people feel empowered with the WORD and challenged to step out and fulfill God’s purpose for their lives. Elisha is the author of multiple books such as Automatic Prayer, Automatic Favour, Smiting the Herod, The Shining Stars and Excellence Relationship. Elisha and Ruth served as co-founding Pastor of Christ Apostolic Church Mount Bethel in Africa before moving to North America as a missionary.
In January 2016, Mount Bethel was given birth to in Canada and registered in May 2016. The church was planted in Toronto, Montreal and Ottawa.
Currently, Mount Bethel operates at Unit 6, 100 Penn Drive, North York, ON M9L 2A9 and 8 Westminster Avenue S, Montreal West, QC H4X 1Y5.
Conclusively, Prophet Dr. Elisha Ayantokun also serve as the District Superintendent of Christ Apostolic Church Canada District.
In addition to serving as Senior Pastor of Christ Apostolic Church Mount Bethel, Dr. Elisha Ayantokun is the Executive Director of Youth for Purpose Canada. He is also a motivational speaker, counselor, and missionary.
He has close to three decades of work experience with youths and the youth ministry has given him the opportunity and passion to mentor thousands of youths across the globe. Furthermore, he is a versatile, talented, and qualified youth service worker.
He holds a Nigeria Certificate in Accounting Education, a Bachelor of Religious Education, a Diploma in Missions, a Master’s degree in Bible and Theology, a Diploma in Medical Office Administration, a Diploma in Immigration Consultant, a Diploma in Personal Support Worker and Doctor of Philosophy in Divinity (PhD).
The History
In Canada, Mount Bethel was planted in the year 2016. Mount Bethel is one of the assemblies of the Christ Apostolic Church Worldwide. Christ Apostolic Church played a great role in the origin of Pentecostalism in Nigeria and Africa with great impacts of Apostle Joseph Ayo Babalola through the great revival of 1930.
